Coronavirus Response

As our company responds to COVID-19, the safety of our team, customers, and vendors is of the utmost importance to Clear Choice Title, Inc. Our office will be taking the following measures in an effort to make sure closings continue to run smoothly and all customers have a great experience at the table:

• Closing rooms will be wiped down (tables/chairs) with sanitary wipes after each closing.
• Pen holders are being removed from the closing rooms. Each closing will have new pens, used pens can be taken by the customer or discarded after closing.
• Lobby areas will be wiped down and/or sprayed with Lysol several times a day.
• Documents will be signed via e-signature when possible.
• Customers will have the option of signing in their vehicle.
